Artists for Artists Global is a non-profit project dedicated to promoting the growth of art and artists of all kinds through donations of materials, development of shared exhibits and opportunities, offering of professional mentorship and guidance, and more. We strive to assist artists in all parts of the world to be supported, encouraged, and assisted to hone their craft, increase their skills and talents, be recognized, see themselves as the true artists they are, and help bring more beauty to the world. Now more than ever, the arts need to be kept alive….. without culture, what is a society?
Funding for this scholarship is funded through the Philadelphia Department of Behavioral Health.
About The Philadelphia Open Studio Tours (POST)
A program of the Center for Emerging Visual Artists (CFEVA), POST is the largest, self-guided, free-to-attend tour of artist studios and creative workspaces in the region, and one of the premier open studio tour events in the country, crossing into over 26 neighborhoods throughout the city for two weekends each October. All artists in the city of Philadelphia are invited to be a part. Visit cfeva.org/philaopenstudios for event details.

East of Broad: October 17 + 18
Noon-6 PM each day
This scholarship application is an opportunity independent from CFEVA.
Artists for Artists Global is thrilled to offer 10 Philadelphia artists scholarships for Premium Artist Registration in Philadelphia Open Studio Tours (POST) in October 2026. This Scholarship includes includes:
A space to exhibit alongside a group of artists in Philadelphia
Guidance, mentorship, and collaboration provided by Artists for Artists Global upon commitment to the POST event
Listing in the print directory: Includes Artist name, studio address, social media handle, website, and primary medium
Listing in index by primary medium
Online directory listing with at least 6 hi-res images, artist statement, bio, social links, website, and primary medium(s)
Spot on the online interactive mapAccess to post ancillary POST activities to the public calendar: receptions, workshops, demonstrations, make-and-takes, artist talks
Resource guides, invitations to artist meetups, templates, and print materials to promote POST
An additional 1x1” full-color thumbnail image in print and a space for a short blurb about your artistic practice
Artists who may meet the following criteria are encouraged to apply below for this opportunity:
Artists who do not have a studio, or whose studio is not publicly accessible
Artists who have never participated in POST and/or have limited experience exhibiting their work
Artists who would benefit from additional support, mentorship, or guidance in presenting their work publicly
Artists who are interested in working collaboratively with the Artists for Artists Global team once selected
Artists who engage with social activism or incorporate social engagement into their artistic practice
Artists who have faced personal, structural, or logistical barriers that have previously made participation in POST unfeasible
Artists based in Philadelphia, working in any visual medium and from all backgrounds
Artists who may have previously received support from the Philadelphia Department of Behavioral Health
